P48 Hearthbake Series Commercial Electric Baking Ovens

The P48 series ovens feature two independently controlled baking chambers with two decks and a 7″ or 7.5″ deck height. This series is available with your choice of Cordierite or brick-lined decks. The greater deck height allows you to accommodate taller bakery items yet with double the capacity of the P24. Each chamber has an independent thermostat and 60-minute electric timer with continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off. All models come standard with stainless steel exterior and 4″ adjustable legs. International voltages are available.
