The P18S series ovens are designed for pizza, pretzels, flat breads, and other bakery products, which can be baked directly on the hearth decks, on screens, or on baking sheets. These ovens feature one baking chamber, a 3.25″ deck height, and two Cordierite decks. All models feature stainless steel exteriors, 4” adjustable legs, and a 15-minute, electric timer with continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off. International voltages available.
